This example shows that fiddleback type of figure – but there are still some broken areas where the lines don’t go from side to side.  And….that’s a bad thing??  We must not forget that this is a product of nature, to be embraced and used to accentuate the qualities it provides .  Figure like this happens once in 1000 trees.

Is this the best example we’ve seen in over three decades in the industry?  No.  But the availability of even this example in any volume or sequence is extremely hard to find in 2021.
