Custom Millwork and Cabinetry Components

Components for Furniture and Cabinetry

We not only manufacture items for projects in which we are specifically involved by the architect or designer, but we also offer the ability for other millworker’s and cabinet shops to outsource production through us.

In this example, we have produced a custom reception desk for a millwork client, using textured veneers, curved plywood and metal.  The stone top by others will be added on site by the millworker during final installation.

Using a specially dyed veneer, we’ve manufactured custom book cases for a space where we also produced fully finished doors in the same veneer.

Some projects include the custom production of furniture, as shown in these examples of different conference tables and breakout tables we’ve produced.

Custom Millwork Components

Working from verified field dimensions and shop drawings, we utilize the panel products and sheet goods we produce into the further production of millwork panels.

In this example, once we’ve laid out the panels in sequence, we scrubbed and cerused them and added a special glaze for the final finish.

Further, we can also create dimension and solutions to interlock panels for ease of installation.

Maestoso – [ma.eˈstoːzo] adj. Majestic , bold

With an endless supply of raw veneer from our sister company Brogan Wood Products, we can offer a fully finished panel product, perhaps with a wood edge (waterfall grain of course) or perhaps with a metal edge, any of which are completely ready for installation. Our substrates are standard FSC® / NAUF. Our capability to customize your panels using any wood, at any size, and with any edge detail you require, are what makes this product special. Bold and Majestic, this is Maestoso, this is our brand.

AccÜ Panel

One unique characteristic of wood is its ability to absorb and distribute sound waves.

Acoustical panels are not new to the market place. In fact, there are a number of large producers of acoustical panels soliciting their products to architects and designers.

Our position is not to re-invent the acoustical panel, but to offer our clients the full capability of customization though our own production capacity.

The Studio AccÜ Panel is available in custom sizes, using custom veneers, custom patterns and even custom finishes if the client so chooses. Although the AccÜ panel product is not certified as an acoustical product, there is no doubt those qualities exist in the product. As a matter of fact, many of our clients specify the AccÜ panel simply for its carved lines and ability to diffuse light through those lines.

The Studio AccÜ Panel is available with FSC® certification and can also be produced using NAUF substrates should the project require it.

Pianissimo™ – Made in the USA.

A recent development for the Group, which can be produced as panels or doors.  The surface of the product is microperforated to absorb sound.

Panels are cut to size and edged with a solid edge to match the face veneer, or if no solid is available to match, the edge is veneered with a multiply veneer of the same species.

The interior part of the panel is composed of baffles essentially, which add strength and rigidity to the panel.  Sound absorbing fill is used inside the baffles.
