Panel product is defined as a veneered, rigid substrate like MDF, Particleboard Core, Plywood and Combi-Core (or multi-ply plywood), as examples.

We do not stock pre-manufactured panel products. 

This phase of production is for us, always custom.  The veneer face is made and pressed onto the core material of choice.  Fire rated cores, FSC^® Certified Cores and NAUF or CARB II compliant cores are also available. 

Some jobs can be produced by using the standard size of the core material, while others require a custom cut to size to best lay out the veneer over the job scope

Whether full size or custom cut to size, the production of panel product begins with the production of the veneer face.  Then the face is pressed onto the substrate using a veneer press, numbered and sequenced per the drawings, packaged and ready to ship to the millworker for their use fabricating the finished and installed product.
