Once panel products are cut to size, they are typically edgebanded with either a veneer or other material, perhaps metal or melamine.

For many of our customers, we provide paper backed sheets of the same veneer we have used on the panels, clipped into 1” strips they can use for edgebanding purposes.

In some cases however, when the project requires quite a bit edgebanding material, we will provide them with this alternate. Using the same veneer as on the panels, we will produce rolls of edgebanding, which are 500 linear feet each, fingerjointed and fleece backed. This offers the customer a quick and easy method of edgeing their panels.
